Gua bao (Chinese: 割包 or 刈包; pinyin: guàbāo; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: koah-pau; lit. ‘cut bread’) It consists of a slice of stewed meat and condiments sandwiched between flat steamed bread known as lotus leaf bread.
